The best pizza I ever had so far! Highly recommend this place. Came there 20 mins before the closure and personnel was very friendly, we stayed much longer than the working hours. Pizza came very fast. Very very tasty. We had Capriciosa, with truffle and Buffalo mozzarella 2.0 (don’t remember exact names).
Great place!
Our B&B being just 5 mins away, in a pretty desert place when it comes to restaurant.
Granofino delivers amazing food & great service. Their pizza is awesome!
If you’re in the area, do not hesitate.
Had pizza, had a soggy bottom and was not particularly good. We were expecting better!
We visited here to try the pizza. I was surprised by the cost of the pizzas (a margherita was 8 euros and the tuna and onion pizza was 14 euros). The pizzas are delicious but are not worth the prices. There are other places that are just as good or even better and a lot cheaper. We ordered three pizzas, a bottle of water, and an appetizer and it was 53 euros. I visited Napoli recently and a margherita pizza at one of the most famous pizzerias cost 5 euros. We will not be returning here.
They wouldn’t let me eat because I had ripped jeans on. Very rude.
Big portion and great dinner night 😀. Specialising in homemade burgers and meat, friendly waiters, worth going …
On the way to Agrigento city center from Modica, we had stopped at too many places that were closed for New Year’s Day, understandably so. A bit of interior light in Granofino convinced us to try our luck one more time, and now I believe in miracles again.
Although it was mid-afternoon by this time, they welcomed us in for lunch. We shared a German amber beer, a humongous bufala mountain wrapped in speck and adorned generously with shaved cheese and rucola, and homemade gnocchi with guanciale, stracciatella, and pistachio sauce.
One bite of the gnocchi and you will never want to eat anywhere else in the region. Each perfect gnocco was better than the last. I was stunned - the ingredients are extremely fresh, of the highest quality, and excellently paired.
On a courteous check-in at our table, the owner shared with us a bit of his story, and as his culinary path has geographically overlapped with our lives - think both Modena and New York - we wanted to pick his brain about food, culture, and the important things in life. One of those things is called little old limoncello, which of course he also makes himself from lemons he grows.
Needless to say, highly recommended. This place is one of those gems that is bound to be “discovered” on the grand scale 🥓
Fantastic food and experience!! Very high quality service, great selection of meat and menu!! We went twice and both times it was one of the best experiences we had after weeks of travelling Sicily. The portions are very generous and the atmosphere is beautiful whether you sit indoors or out. We will certainly be back.
